First Top 10 Tuesday post of 2026! Happy New Year, everyone!!!
This week’s Top 10 Tuesday prompt has us look at our best books of 2025, and I am eager to see what everyone has to share!
My own favorites are listed below, and reviews shared earlier by me HERE. My reading list is still heavier on the historical fantasy fiction side, but I am glad I managed to pick up on non-fiction reads as well.

Wow, there’s almost a colour scheme going on, it makes for such an attractive graphic! The Second Death of Locke also made my top ten this year!

I really need to try Gillig! The Knight and the Month sounds so good!
Gillig has never failed me, of the 3 books I’ve read of hers. She writes the Gothic fantasy so well!
I’ve heard many great things about Team of Rivals!
Yay, so happy to see The Road of Bones and Kingdom of Ash on your favorite list, I love those books too! (Hoping to still get in a re-read before Dawn of the North releases 🙂 )
