Top Ten TuesdayΒ is a meme hosted atΒ That Artsy Reader Girl. Every Tuesday, you pick ten books on that weekβs topic. This weekβs topic was books with Nature on the cover. On those lines, I tried to think of books that may also deal with environment themes / motifs, or even wild magic and herblore!

Which books did this environmental TTT theme make you think of? Let’s discuss!

All of these covers are lovely!

Dune was such a good read.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
Ah that Uprooted cover is so pretty!
My TTT: https://jjbookblog.wordpress.com/2021/05/11/top-ten-tuesday-315/
I remember Uprooted had a series of covers, each one as good as/ better than the next!
These are all so lovely. I really like the set up for The Vine Witch. Great list!
You picked some unique covers! They’re lovely.
Here’s my TTT list this week.
I love your list! The Vine Witch has been on my TBR for a while, and I think I really need to get a copy of it. Also, your copy of Uprooted has such a different cover than mine, but it’s so cool!
Vine Witch is sitting patiently on my TBR too. π I’m just worried it’ll be too YA-ish, so I keep putting it off…
Such great covers! I really liked Garden Spells when I read it. π
Yes, the Garden Spells! Another book where our likes match π
Garden Spells is an all-time fave π
Absolutely!
Seven Endless Forests is an amazing cover. Love it, and have ever since I saw it for the first time a while back. The Vine Witch is amazing too. Borne I really like although I’m not sure I’d understand that book haha- I read his annihilation and was like, okaaay lol.
I haven’t seen that cover of Dune but i like it. Dune is a weird book for me because I’m not crazy about the story but I love all the wesome covers it gets. π
That’s so true about Dune. Not such a fan of the book, but those cover series are just awesome. I haven’t read Borne, Seven Endless Forests or Vine Witch: they are all on my TBR but they matched the theme, so here they are π
I just bought Vandermeer’s latest book- total impulse buy- in a bookstore today
Haha, those covers are to blame! Hope you’ll like the book, have heard good things about it.
I really need to continue the Dune series one of these days…
I’d say, watch the movie first π Book can be a bit off for some readers.
These are such beautiful covers and definitely cover the theme of this week’s TTT. Only book I’ve read is Garden Spells. I do have Picnic at Hanging Rock on my shelf but not with this cover which I really like.
I’ve been recently watching the more recent Australian TV show for Picnic at Hanging Rock, and so here’s the book too! π
I didn’t have time to participate, though I would have had a lot. The first coming to mind is the awesome Migrations https://wordsandpeace.com/2020/07/31/book-review-migrations/
